SLAY SALON – Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Slay Salon, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments & Arrival Time
Clients are required to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may impact the duration or quality of the service and may affect other clients.
A waiting area is provided for client comfort. For safeguarding and operational reasons, male guests and unattended children are not permitted within the salon unless accompanying a client and under appropriate adult supervision.
2. Late Arrival Policy

If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may proceed at the discretion of the salon, however the service time will be reduced accordingly and the full service fee will still apply.

If a client arrives 20 minutes or more late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and recorded as a no-show.

For short services, including but not limited to patch tests, brow waxing, brow bleaching, and lash removals, arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation.
3. Payment & Booking Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.

We accept online payments only for advance bookings.

Cash payments for advance bookings may be accepted in-store only and in advance, subject to availability.

Any recommended pre-treatment requirements (e.g. patch testing 48–72 hours prior) remain the responsibility of the client.
4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

Payments made online or in cash are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, no-shows, or missed appointments.

Appointments missed without prior notice cannot be refunded or transferred to another date.

This policy is in accordance with UK consumer law, as clients are clearly informed of these conditions prior to booking.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Slay Salon reserves the right to refuse or cancel services where clients fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions, arrive late, or behave in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
4. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule an appointment no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment cannot be accommodated due to high demand and scheduling limitations.
5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours, late cancellations, or failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

Payments in these circumstances are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Right to Refuse Service
Slay Salon reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if clients fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions, arrive late, or behave in a manner deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.
7. Parking
Free parking is available in the surrounding area for up to three (3) hours. Parking beyond this time may be subject to local authority charges. Slay Salon accepts no responsibility for parking fines, penalties, or vehicle security.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions and salon policies outlined above.
