What are Lashes Extensions?Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent lashes that are hand-glued on top of your natural lashes. Unlike strip lashes, lash extensions are glued on individually to your natural hairs, so they're super customisable and actually look real.

How can I prepare for my Eyelashes Appointment?Take a Shower before your Appointment. As We will recommend not wetting your lashes for the first 24 to 48 hours. Dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Remove all of your contacts or Glasses from your eyes. Just before your appointment, turn off your cellphone or put it in silent mode for a More relaxing Time. Wash your lashes to make sure they're clean. Make sure there is no makeup around the eyes. Wear no eye or face cream to your appointment as moisture will prevent the eye pads from sticking. Do not wear large dangling earrings or style your hair in a ponytail or with clips that may be uncomfortable while lying. Make sure you plan your trip ahead of time. For the leftover money, bring cash with you as we do not accept bank transfers. (Keep in mind that there are no nearby cash machines.)

Can I wear Eye contact details During my appointment?Contacts are safe to be worn with eyelash extensions, just not during the lash appointment. It is recommended to remove contacts during the application of eyelashes to reduce dryness in the eyes. When putting in or removing contacts, avoid touching the extensions for greater longevity.

Refunds or discounts are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of your complaint. Our team will discuss your concerns with you and determine the most appropriate resolution.

What happens if I can’t attend my appointment? Can it be rescheduled or held?Appointments can only be rescheduled if we are given at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the original appointment time. Any requests made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for rescheduling under any circumstances. If you wish to place an appointment on hold, it may be held for a maximum of 30 days from the original booking date. This is only considered in specific cases at our discretion. Please note: This is a strict policy, and clients should not assume they can reschedule or place appointments on hold without prior approval. All changes must be requested and confirmed in accordance with these terms.
