Cancellation Policy
SLAY SALON – TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking an appointment with Slay Salon, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 1. Appointments & Arriva Please arrive on time. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may have reduced service time while the full fee remains payable. Arrivals 20+ minutes late will be cancelled and recorded as a no-show. For short services, including patch tests, brow waxing, brow bleaching and lash removals, arrivals over 10 minutes late will be automatically cancelled. Male guests and unattended children are not permitted unless accompanying a client and appropriately supervised. 2. Payment & Booking Full payment is required to secure an appointment. Online payment is accepted for advance bookings, cash may be accepted in-store in advance, subject to availability. Clients are responsible for completing any required pre-treatment procedures, including patch tests where applicable. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests within 48 hours cannot normally be accommodated. Cancellations and no-shows result in loss of the full payment, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable UK consumer law. 4. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services where these terms are breached, clients arrive late, or behavior is unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive. 5. Parking Free surrounding parking may be available for up to 3 hours at (Chelmsely Wood shopping center, B37 5TT). Slay Salon accepts no responsibility for parking fines, penalties or vehicle security. 6. Photography & Data Protection For selected services, before/after photographs may be required to assess results and maintain accurate client records. Images are securely stored within your client profile and used internally only. They will not be used for marketing, social media or promotional purposes without your explicit written consent. You may decline photography, although this may affect certain results-based services. We collect only necessary information, store it securely, restrict access to authorised personnel and retain data only as required for business/legal purposes. We do not sell or share personal data except with consent or where legally required.
