Cancellation Policy
SLAY SALON POLICY ARRIVAL Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Early or late arrivals may disrupt our schedule and the experience of other clients. WAITING AREA We offer a waiting area for your comfort. However, male guests and unattended children are not permitted without adult supervision. LATE ARRIVAL • If you are more than 10 minutes late, the time will be deducted from your service. • If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and marked as a no-show. • For shorter services such as patch tests, brow waxing, or lash removals, a delay of more than 10 minutes will result in cancellation. PAYMENT • Full payment is required to confirm all bookings. Unpaid appointments are not confirmed and may be released. • Payments made online or in cash are non-refundable in the case of no-shows, late cancellations, or missed appointments. • Missed appointments without any prior notice will not be refunded or transferred to another day. RESCHEDULING • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. • We are unable to reschedule appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice due to our tight schedule and high demand. CANCELLATION • Please give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. • Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in loss of payment.
